Educational Objectives of Environmental Engineering Doctor’s program are:

1. Producing environmental engineers with doctor’s degree who develop new or original concepts of science and technology and understand the state of the art from the specific areas of study, and manage, lead, and develop research programs independently.
2. Having a career by still supporting moral ethics, creative, critical and original thinking in contributing to solving complex environmental engineering problems at the national and international levels with integrity, and leadership.

The outcomes that expected from Environmental Engineering Doctor’s Degree are:

1. Capable to produce a creative element, original and certificated through the research with approaches to the development of science and technology in fields related to environmental engineering.
2. Capable to develop and apply the latest knowledge and technology in the field of expertise in solving existing environmental problems through independent research.
3. Capable to make scientific contributions that receive national and international recognition.

According to Doctor’s programs from ITB Rector’s Decree No.130A/SK/K01/T/2010, which include the requirements below:

• Having the TOELF score minimum of 475 and TPA score minimum of 475
• Complete the administration standard (Academic Transcript from S1 and S2 that have been approved, have the letter of recommendation from workplace, health letter recommendation from doctor, newest photograph with size of 4×6 (3 pieces))   
• The Doctor’s candidate have the recommendation from S2 mentor or the lecturer who could see the academic potential of those candidates.
• The Doctor’s candidate propose their proposal that briefly explain their research in the future so it could be determine whether they could or couldn’t continue to enroll the program.
