The Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering (FTSL), formerly the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Planning (FTSP), is a faculty formed from educational departments within the FTSP environment. The Department of Civil Engineering is an educational department that is the forerunner of higher technical education institutions in Indonesia – Technische Hoogesschool (THS) Bandoeng which was founded on July 3 1920.
ITB’s Environmental Engineering Department is also a pioneer of environmental engineering higher education in Indonesia.
This department plays an important role in studies in the fields of clean water, waste water, air pollution and quality, waste, environmental sanitation, drainage and environmental health. Wow, really interesting?
